Extractions

When a tooth is very badly damaged or is causing infection or pain we may need to extract or remove the tooth.

This is usually done in the surgery with local anaesthetic. Occasionally we may need to refer a patient to the hospital to see an oral surgeon in particular if the wisdom teeth are problematic.
