Family Dental Practice was established in July 2011. Since then, the practice has grown into a thriving business providing high quality dentistry to the people of Mallow and surrounding areas at an affordable price.
We provide treatment in a comfortable environment and we are committed to giving our patients the tools they need to achieve healthy teeth and gums.
Family Dental Practice is a family-friendly practice and we place a strong emphasis on preventive care for children’s teeth. Our goal is to minimise any necessary treatment in children and give them the knowledge to understand how to protect their teeth throughout their lives.
Dr. Ciara O’ Sullivan opened the practice with family dentistry in mind, providing excellent care to all patients from infants to the elderly.

Dr. O’ Sullivan graduated in 2004, after completing Dentistry in University College Cork. She founded the Family Dental Practice in 2011. With an unwavering passion for dentistry she is dedicated to providing high quality dental treatment. Her expertise and dedication to making the dental surgery a welcoming and safe place for patients, allows patients to put their confidence in her and know that they are in safe hands. Dr. O’ Sullivan has also completed further training in Facial Aesthetics and has a keen interest in providing her patients with an individually-tailored approach to boost confidence and wellbeing.
